Chinderah
The Chinderah Industrial Estate is strategically located on the Tweed Coast, close to the Pacific Highway and only 10 minutes to the Gold Coast. The Chinderah Industrial Estate is the smallest of the Shire’s three industrial estates.
The estate is comprised mainly of automotive related service including; mufflers and exhaust system repairers, motor engineers and repairers, car replacement parts, car wreckers and tyre retailers. Other uses within the estate include security door and window installation, broom and brush manufacturing, concrete product manufacturing, steel merchants, electrical contractors, cabinet makers, boat sales and timber traders.
The estate comprises significant areas of undeveloped industrial land relatively level and easily accessed to and from the Pacific Highway and the coastal urban expansion areas of Tweed Shire.
