Work starts on $350m Tweed industrial estate

Building has begun on a $350 million industrial estate being developed on a 50ha site just south of the Queensland-New South Wales border. Industry Central is a masterplanned business precinct at Murwillumbah with 40 to 60 lots, from 1700sq m to 50,000sq m with purpose designed buildings for warehousing and service industries.
