Chief Executive Officer - Tom Senti

Tom Senti is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the TEDC as well as a director of several companies, and has a long history of involvement in business, industry, sporting and community organisations and has been a prominent member of the Tweed business community for over 30 years. 

Tom’s initial qualifications were in the health industry, but his real passion lies in the field of private enterprise, with extensive experience as an owner operator across a broad range of businesses including, bulk fuel and transport depot, tractor and machinery franchise, news agencies and sports store and has more recently developed a commercial and residential property portfolio.  

In 1998 Tom became the Chairman and CEO of TEDC.  Tom was Chairman until 2001 and a Director up until 2008.

Senior Business Development Officer - Krystal Baker

Krystal has a strong background in regional development having worked in both State and Local Government and now Tweed Economic Development Corporation, an independent economic development organisation which has the role of providing leadership and direction to the development of a sustainable Tweed economy.

Krystal holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a Double Major in Economics and has experience in regional economic and industry development and investment attraction. 

In her position Krystal provides expert interpretation and strategic advice on a wide range of demographic and statistical research, economic modelling, analysis and policy issues critical to the sustainable economic development of the Tweed.

Business Development Officer - Tracy Armstrong

Tracy has a background in office management in both small to medium sized commercial enterprises and for the TEDC over the past two years.

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Resource Management) and is looking to complement her past work experiences in her new role as Business Development Officer at the TEDC. Tracy is responsible for website management and communications and statistical support for economic analysis.
